Uniform:

• Medium to dark blue jeans - must be hemmed (no bleached, colored, dirty-worn look, frayed edges, holes, capris, cords, skirts, shorts, etc.)
• Closed toe shoes: white, black, brown (tennis shoes ok)
• Shirt of your choice (no pull-over or heavy hoods & no tube/halter tops)

Supplies:

• Notebook paper  
• 3x5 or 4x6 index cards that are spiral bound
• Pens/Pencils
